I have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. * I agree that by signing out a key/card I am responsible for the facility I have booked. I will return all facilities to their original state. I will not pass the keys/cards to other students. I accept that failure to return keys/cards at the end of each facility booking will result in loss of facility access.
